Q) What is Image Library?
A) A library of Lifebuoy pack shots, range shots, style guides, logos, print adverts, and more from the Lifebuoy brand. You can see at glance information associated with a specific pack, for example, when and where the pack shot is developed.

Q) What sort of images does it hold?
A) Low Res - generally used for presentations (for internal use). High Res - professional print quality please contact the Super-User

Q) Who can use it?
A) All Unilever employees have access to current images in the Library via the portal but will still need to request a username and password from the Super - User. External users to Unilever (agencies) will access via a web address, with a User ID and password, this has to be requested via the Super - User

A) Yes, please contact the Super - User

Q) Where are the images that I can download for presentations?
A) In the search results you will see a 'details' tab next to each image. Click on this and you will see an image on the left that you can download

Q) How do I access the confidential section?
A) Via the log in button. Contact the Super- User if you don't know the Username and Password

Q) Who has access to my brand's confidential section?
A) Only you and your nominated agencies
